The product
FinalKeepSake gives families one private place for final wishes, important documents, letters and a life story, ready for the people who love them. It serves two moments: planning ahead, and honoring someone who is gone. It also includes pet memorials. This is emotional, high-trust territory, and the website had to earn confidence quickly.
The challenge
End-of-life planning is easy to get wrong. Too salesy feels crass, too vague feels untrustworthy. The site needed to be calm, warm and reassuring, communicate privacy and security clearly, and gently guide people to begin without pressure.
