What exactly does NeptuneLaunch build?
A complete, custom business website: we handle the market research, page strategy, copywriting, design, development, technical setup, launch and ongoing updates. You provide your business details and materials; we do the building.
Is this a template?
No. Your customer-facing website is custom-built for your business, industry and market. We do not resell a pre-made customer-facing template. We use our own internal design system to work quickly, but the pages, copy and layout are built for you.
What does "custom" mean here?
It means the structure, wording, service pages and calls to action are created around your specific business, services and service area — not filled into a generic theme with your logo dropped on top.
When does the 72-hour timeline begin?
The 72-hour (three business day) build window starts once you have completed the launch questionnaire and we have received and confirmed all required materials — business details, services, contact info, photos, logo and branding preferences. It does not start at the moment of purchase.
What information do I need to provide?
Your business name, services, service area, contact details, business hours, any photos or logo files, and your branding preferences. The launch questionnaire walks you through everything, and marks which fields are required versus optional.
Does every package include SEO?
Yes. Every website package includes complete on-page and technical SEO setup at launch. The separate $199 Local SEO & Google Business add-on extends that work off-site into Google Business Profile, Search Console and local map visibility.
What is included in the on-page and technical SEO setup?
Keyword and search-intent research for your services and market, an SEO-friendly site and page structure, unique titles and meta descriptions, proper heading hierarchy, clean human-readable URLs, canonical tags, an XML sitemap, robots configuration, an indexability review, image alt text, internal linking, structured data appropriate to your business, Open Graph/social metadata, mobile and performance optimization, HTTPS, a custom 404, a pre-launch crawl and broken-link check, and redirect review when we replace an existing site.
What does the $199 Local SEO add-on include?
It is a one-time setup service: Google Business Profile setup or optimization assistance, Google Search Console setup and verification, sitemap submission, business-information consistency review, primary category and service-area review, and initial local-search and Google Maps configuration for your primary market. It is not a monthly SEO campaign.
Can NeptuneLaunch guarantee a first-page Google ranking?
No — and no one ethically can. Google controls rankings and map visibility, and they depend on many factors outside any provider’s control. We build your site using current on-page and technical SEO practices so it is structured to be found; we do not guarantee a specific ranking, lead count or revenue result.
What does the monthly subscription cover?
Managed hosting, security and maintenance that keep your website live and working, plus your package’s included allowance of update requests. Active monthly service is required to keep the managed website hosted and online.
What counts as an update request?
A reasonable change to your existing site: replacing text, updating contact info or hours, swapping or adding supplied photos, adjusting existing service info or pricing, updating team details, tweaking an existing call to action, small layout adjustments, or adding a supplied announcement.
What does Elite "unlimited" updates mean?
Unlimited reasonable update requests, submitted one at a time. There is no arbitrary monthly cap — you send a request, we complete it in a reasonable queue, and you send the next. Major redesigns, brand-new websites, custom applications and other out-of-scope development are quoted separately.
Is hosting included?
Yes. Managed hosting is included and stays active while your monthly subscription is active. If the subscription ends, the managed site remains live through the end of the paid billing period and then goes offline.
Is a domain included?
Domain management is handled through your active subscription. Standard domain registration/renewal fees may apply separately, and some "premium" domains cost significantly more — those costs are separate and are always shared with you before any purchase.
What happens if my preferred domain is unavailable?
We help you find a strong alternative. If the exact name you want is a premium domain or unavailable at standard pricing, we tell you the options and any extra cost before anything is purchased.
What happens if I cancel?
You can cancel any time by emailing us. Your managed website stays live through the end of the current paid billing period, then goes offline. NeptuneLaunch retains the website files and design assets unless a separate written transfer agreement has been made. Domain handling depends on how the domain was registered.
Can I transfer or buy out my website?
Possibly — contact us before cancelling to discuss it. Transfers depend on availability, third-party licensing restrictions and scope, and are handled with a separate written quote. We do not publish a fixed buyout price because it varies by project.
Can NeptuneLaunch redesign my existing website?
Yes. A redesign is a standard project — you choose a package, we rebuild the site, and we review redirects so your existing pages and search visibility are preserved where possible.
Can NeptuneLaunch move an existing domain?
Yes, in most cases. We coordinate pointing or transferring your existing domain to the new managed site. Some registrars have their own transfer rules and waiting periods that are outside our control.
Are third-party subscription fees included?
No. Some add-ons connect third-party tools (for example email marketing, booking or payment platforms). Those services may charge their own ongoing fees under their own terms. We set them up; you own the accounts.
Can you build ecommerce or online stores?
Simple product or payment setups can be added (see the Simple Payment Setup add-on). Full ecommerce catalogs, complex stores and advanced integrations are larger projects and are quoted separately.
Can you connect booking, payments, email marketing or a chatbot?
Yes — each is available as a one-time add-on: AI Chatbot ($199), Booking Calendar ($149), Simple Payment Setup ($149), and Email List & Automation Setup ($149). You keep ownership of the underlying accounts.
Do I need to write the content myself?
No. Professional copywriting is included — we write your headlines, service descriptions, trust content and calls to action based on the information you provide. You review it before launch.
Do you work nationwide?
Yes. NeptuneLaunch is based in New York and builds websites for local and service-based businesses across the United States.
Do you work with businesses outside the listed industries?
Very likely. We focus on local and service-based businesses of many kinds. If your industry is not listed, contact us and we’ll confirm fit within one business day.
What happens after launch?
Your site is connected to the correct domain, goes live, and is maintained under your monthly plan. You send update requests whenever your business changes, and we keep the site secure and current.
How do I request an update?
Email your request to NeptuneLaunch@gmail.com with what you’d like changed. We confirm scope and complete reasonable updates within your package allowance.
Can I upgrade packages later?
Yes. You can move up as your business grows — contact us and we’ll adjust your plan and scope. Higher build packages also receive a reduced monthly managed-service rate.
